Mr Arthur Touktarov is a co-founder and co-owner of the company. He has a commercial higher education, enjoys many years of managing experience working for automotive industry and was in charge of KAMAZ export division. He is a joint author of the patent on the VIKING product. Mr Touktarov speaks fluent Russian, English and Spanish.

Mr Peter-Vladimir Soloviev, Director for Marketing & Sales, received his diploma as an economist and enjoys many years of experience in industrial marketing in Russia and overseas.

Mr Soloviev speaks fluent Russian and English.

Mr Leonid Khripounov, co-founder and co-owner of the company is in charge of R&D and production. He has an engineering higher education and enjoys many years of managing experience in the automotive industry.

Mr Khripounov was formerly KAMAZ export division manager and was the head of KAMAZ Central Office for Latin America.

Based in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, Russia, ATON IMPULSE (OOO НПО «АТОН ИМПУЛЬС») is a WMI certified professional manufacturer of special purpose vehicles.

The basic model of a new range of amphibious off-road vehicles is the VIKING-2992. ATON IMPULSE has developed from this base a whole family of vehicles capable to meet almost any requirement.

The company was co-founded in 2004 by Mr. Touktarov and Mr. Khripounov, two senior and highly experienced professionals, formerly with Russian truck company KAMAZ. KAMAZ (Камский автомобильный завод - Камаз), also located in Naberezhnye Chelny, is the largest heavy truck producer in Russia, and the CIS, now producing around 30,000 trucks a year.

KAMAZ has a 30 year track record and strong reputation for producing highly reliable heavy duty trucks not only for commercial and military use within Russia but also within Eastern Europe, China, the Middle East, and North Africa. Its trucks have won the grueling Dakar Rally a record eight times.

The owners of the company have developed a highly professional team which has comprehensively prepared the execution of its business plan, including design, testing, certification, preparation for serial production, development of distribution and service network. R&D works started in 2001 with company being established in 2004. To date around two million euros of development cost has been invested in the VIKING product.
